Wanderspace
RE-ST
march 4, 2024

took a while for me to finish reading this. but i did it! pretty interesting. though the last big chapter focuses on only why the firm RE-ST is good, which was a bit exhausting to read through. but that's maybe just because i was very tired when i read that part. Talks about the importantce of refraining from building as architects and using the 'wanderspace' that is already available.

video coming soon!!!

SLAGWERK: SNOW STRIPPERS - FAKETHIAS - ANGELITA - FAUSSE SCEPTIQUE - OTIS
february 23-4, 2024
@Botanique, Brussels

YEAHHHH!!! best night ever?! yup yup yup! this was so great... first night going to something that starts at 11pm and ends at 5am! great experience. it couldn't have gone better. was with my best friend, so that was great and we met some really sweet people with whom we danced the night away haha! i got some really fun shots with my film camera i'm so excited to get developed and share, and also got videos with the camcorder, which i'm probably gonna compile in a lil' video soon. all the djs were so great and snow strippers were phenomenal! the energy was top tier and everyone was so nice; such a safe space! fakethias was probably my fav of the djs next to snow strippers, of course. what else to say... the venue was great; Botanique never disappoints! seeing my friend have fun was also one of the highlights, definitely. if she's reading this: i love youu, let's do this again and again and again!
well, i said what i wanted to say and the videos will speak for themselves as well.. one of my favorite nights ever! i will think about this for a looong time to come <3.

DONNIE MAGAZINE
1st issue
february 19, 2024

finished reading this bad boy today! was fun to read about so many different people and their art. DONNIE MAG is a magazine (or zine, cuz its non-commercial and has the feel of a city zine but it's printed glossy and all fancy, so i guess it's a mag?) that covers people from all walks of life who all have a connection to the city of Antwerp (<3). This issue includes interviews with skaters, interior designers, comic artists, jewelry designers, musicians and more! i love hearing all these people talk about their craft and their life in the city. it's refreshing to realize that these cool motivated people are not distant from life like some artists, but they embrace community. i'm probably going to the release party of the 2nd issue next month with a friend, so yippie to that! excited to see what it has in store.. also the photography in the zine is great, and on the instagram page they also post some film from travels here and there. go check them out if you can! here's their site
