- started reading atomic habits
- saw my therapist, walked 45mins in total, to and from
- showered before 10am, tuesday morning
- read more of atomic habits and went on a short walk. felt kinda stressed.
- i don't like the fireworks

- read a lot, but on screens, without enough breaks. better tomorrow
